Our employment conditions

We fall under the Metalektro collective labor agreement (cao). This ensures clarity about your rights and the possibilities regarding employment conditions.
With a 38-hour workweek, you will receive 216 vacation hours.
Your pension accrual is managed by the PME pension fund.
You will receive a travel expense reimbursement.
You will have access to a training budget for further development.
You will participate in profit sharing. The amount of the annual profit sharing depends on AXA’s performance. If 100% of the company’s performance goals are met, you will receive €1,300.
You will receive a Christmas bonus of €100 net.

You will start with a one-year contract. If you are satisfied with your work and with us, and we are satisfied with you, we will offer you a permanent contract after one year.
